11KNOW is committed to responsible practices throughout the length of your business. Ethical principles and sustainable practices are a fundamental part of this commitment.
The ethical commitment sets the minimum standards that we require our partners and their affiliates to follow up on, so they can share business with 11KNOW.
11KNOW oversees compliance with these standards through regular inspections of supplier spremises, carried out by own resources and independent auditors. In the event that a supplier does not comply with the minimum standards set out in this ethical commitment, 11KNOW reserves the right to unilaterally discontinue any relationship or contract if no rectification agreement or action plan is developed.

11KNOW is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance practices in order to maintain excellence in its daily operations, and to promote confidence in our governance systems.
We will conduct our business in an open, honest, and ethical manner. We recognise the importance of protecting all of our human, financial, physical, informational, social, environmental, and reputational assets.
We will advise our partners, contractors and suppliers of our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, and will work with them to achieve consistency with this policy.
We are committed to measuring, auditing and publicly reporting performance on our Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

We are committed to protecting the health and safety of all individuals affected by our activities, including our employees, contractors, and the public.
We will provide a safe and healthy working environment and will not compromise the health and safety of any individual. Our goal is to have no accidents and mitigate impacts on the environment by working with our stakeholders, peers, and others to promote responsible environmental practices and continuous improvement.
We are committed to environmental protection and stewardship.
We recognise that pollution prevention, biodiversity and resource conservation are key to a sustainable environment and will effectively integrate these concepts into our business decision-making. All employees are responsible and accountable for contributing to a safe working environment, for fostering safe working attitudes, and for operating in an environmentally responsible manner.

11KNOW will engage stakeholders clearly, honestly, and respectfully.
We are committed to timely and meaningful dialogue with all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, and employees, indigenous peoples, governments, regulators, and landowners, among others.

We are deeply committed to principles and practices that ensure the highest standards of animal welfare throughout the supply chain. These principles are an integral part of 11KNOW’s ethical commitment.
Although not part of any piece of previous or current collections, 11KNOW undertakes never to seek, transform or acquire any true rabbit skin (angora), chinchilla, racoon, fox, mink or beaver. The same applies to any type of exotic skin.

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 defines the steps that 11KNOW has integrated and will continue to integrate, ensuring that models of modern slavery or human trafficking are not fit within our business or supply chain.

At 11KNOW, we understand that our employees are fundamental to our success, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, age, nationality, background, disability or religious confession, among others. We practice a gender-neutral approach in internal recruitment, retention and promotion.

We will ensure that employees are treated fairly and with dignity and consideration for their goals and aspirations and that diversity in the workplace is embraced. 11KNOW will apply fair labour practices, while respecting the national and local laws of the countries and communities where we operate.
We are committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and will not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination, intimidation, or harassment.

We recognise that governments have the primary responsibility to promote and protect human rights. 11KNOW will work with governments and agencies to support and respect human rights within our sphere of influence.
11KNOW will not tolerate human rights abuses and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuse.
11KNOW will always strive to build trust, deliver mutual advantage, and demonstrate respect for human dignity and rights in all relationships it enters into, including respect for cultures, customs and values of individuals and groups.
