The ethical commitment sets the minimum standards that we require our partners and their affiliates to follow up on, so they can share business with 11KNOW.
11KNOW oversees compliance with these standards through regular inspections of supplier spremises, carried out by own resources and independent auditors. In the event that a supplier does not comply with the minimum standards set out in this ethical commitment, 11KNOW reserves the right to unilaterally discontinue any relationship or contract if no rectification agreement or action plan is developed.

We are deeply committed to principles and practices that ensure the highest standards of animal welfare throughout the supply chain. These principles are an integral part of 11KNOW’s ethical commitment.
Although not part of any piece of previous or current collections, 11KNOW undertakes never to seek, transform or acquire any true rabbit skin (angora), chinchilla, racoon, fox, mink or beaver. The same applies to any type of exotic skin.
